TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Reservations and Deposits

To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit slip or proof of payment. This deposit serves to guarantee your date and time and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Final Payment

The remaining balance must be settled in full on the day of the event.

3. Modifications to the Booking

To ensure the highest quality of service and proper logistics, no changes regarding the number of services, schedule, or location will be accepted within 15 days of the appointment date.

4. Punctuality and Hair Preparation

Hair Prep: For optimal results and timing, clients must arrive with completely dry hair. If the client arrives with damp or wet hair, a Q.70 surcharge will be applied for professional blow-drying.

Punctuality: Services are strictly performed according to the agreed-upon schedule. In the event of a client delay, the appointment will be forfeited without the possibility of rescheduling or a refund, out of respect for subsequent bookings.

5. On-Site Conduct and Safety

The stylist reserves the right to immediately cease all activities if a hazardous situation, lack of respect, or inappropriate behavior occurs. In such cases, the full amount of the service must still be paid in its entirety.

6. Additional Services

Any extra services requested on the day of the event are subject to availability and must be **paid in full** before the service is performed.

7. Methods of Payment

We accept bank transfers and credit/debit card payments (via secure payment link). Cheques are not accepted.
